- CONCIERGE CLUB The Concierge Club provides seniors with services such as: care coordination and management, grocery shopping, transportation, friendly visits, minor home repairs, home safety inspections, daily check-in calls, budget and check writing assistance, gardening and much more. SENIORS-A-GO-GO Seniors-A-Go-Go provides seniors with escorted, door-through-door transportation. HOMESHARE HomeShare serves those who are looking for affordable housing or have a spare room in their own home and would like someone to move in with them. PREFERRED PROVIDER NETWORK The Preferred Provider Network eliminates the runaround for seniors and provides them a “one stop shop” for their needs. SERVICE AREA We serve most areas of East and Central San Diego County. Check our Service Area for specific areas codes in our service area. COMMUNITY RESOURCES We work closely with other organizations in the community and refer members to other Community Resources as needed. BENEFITS COUNSELING We provide referrals to Benefits Counseling including legal, insurance, and tax information. CHILDREN OF AGING PARENTS Our dedicated staff and compassionate volunteers are available to help decrease the work load for Children of Aging Parents so that the time spent with your loved one can be an enjoyable time together.
